There are no direct flights from Kathmandu to Simikot
The possible way is by considering a connecting flight to Nepalgunj/surkhet, which means you have to take the flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj/Surkhet and then from Nepalgunj/Surkhet to Simikot.
