THE USER AGREEMENT<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This agreement entered between the user and the Nepflights, for using the services provided by the Nepflights.com.<\/p>\n

The term “user” referred as the end user \/ users and booking agent \/ agents and the term apply equally to singular and plural and the context shall include male, female and neuter.<\/p>\n

The term “Service” referred to the information i.e. Ticket price (s), reservation, booking availability of the third party “Service provider”, with respect to, the travel(s) by Air and the terms apply equally to singular and plural.<\/p>\n

If the user is availing the service(s) from the Nepflights, it shall be deemed that you have read, understood the agreement and expressly agreed for the stipulations of this agreement.<\/p>\n

  • The user hereby agrees, to comply all the terms and conditions, notices of the “Service provider” with whom, the user wish to deal, in addition to this agreement and it is the duty of the user to read the terms and condition before dealing with them.<\/li>\n
  • The Nepflights reserves its right to modify, alter and amend any of the condition (s) herein, without any prior intimation to the user and the user hereby undertakes to read the terms and conditions each and every time.<\/li>\n
  • The Nepflights, in its sole discretion not to accept any booking, reservation or any order placed by the user, without furnishing any reason thereof.<\/li>\n
  • The Nepflights is not responsible for any deficiency in services while security checking, check in, onboard, boarding, loading and customer services provided by the service provider(s), etc.<\/li>\n
  • If the user fail to comply any of the provisions of this agreement and the terms and condition and notices of the service provider, the user automatically loose the right to use the Nepflights service(s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    CONFIDENTIALITY<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    The user is hereby notified that the details provided herein and the terms and condition of the service provider thereof are confidential and it is the duty of the user to maintain the confidentiality of such information and shall not disclosed to anybody. The exception is, if it is required, by law in force or to fulfill the object of the agreement.<\/p>\n

    DISCLAIMER<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    The information provided in this website related to the service provider is solely for the purpose of providing information to the interested user and is not in any way binding on Nepflights. The Nepflights, expressly or impliedly, neither give warranty nor give any representation and not give assurance regarding the completeness, quality, accuracy of the information provided. The Nepflights expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.<\/p>\n

    In any dispute, the liability of the Nepflights shall be restricted to the maximum refund of such transaction and the Nepflights shall not liable for consequential loss, damage or expenses, if any.The Nepflights is only responsible to the direct user, not others.<\/p>\n

    LIMITATION OF USAGE<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    The user hereby undertakes to use the website only for the personal use and also undertakes not to sell, reproduce, and copy any part of the website for commercial use.<\/p>\n

    All the contents, designs and software are belongs to Nepflights, no person shall modify, copy, disturb, perform, reproduce, sell, publish, license etc, the services availing from the website.<\/p>\n

    DECLARATION OF THE USER<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    The user hereby declares that the user is of lawful age, not insane, not insolvent and competent to enter a contract.<\/p>\n

    THIRD PARTY WEBSITE LINKS<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    By using the website, the user hereby authorize the Nepflights to act for and on behalf of the user to access the third party site as agent. The third party website is not the control of Nepflights, so any services, contents, images displayed in that website is no where related to Nepflights and the Nepflights is not responsible, for any harm, loss by using the linked site and for any kind of service received by the user from the linked site. The third party sites linked with this website only for the user\u2019s convenience but Nepflights is not recommending using this linked sites. The usage of the linked site is only user\u2019s option. The Nepflights hereby request all the users to read the terms and conditions of the linked site and verify its accuracy before use.<\/p>\n

    PAYMENT OF FEE \/ REFUND<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    The Nepflights reserves its right to charge the listing fee for certain listing as well as transaction fee for based on certain completed transaction using the Nepflights service. The Nepflights hereby reserves its right to revise the fees from time to time without any notice to the user.<\/p>\n

    The user shall responsible to pay all the fee, charges, duty, taxes, levies, etc, if any, arising out of using the Nepflights service.<\/p>\n

    The Nepflights hereby reserves the right to collect the unpaid fee, charges, duty, taxes, levies, etc, if any, from the user at any time, which occurs due to the mistake of the both parties.<\/p>\n

    The user\u2019s each and every booking is independent, no reference \/ priority will be given to any further booking of the previous failure.<\/p>\n

    The user can claim refund, if any, for the unused service within 15 days from the date of departure \/ check in \/ booking. Any refund \/ refund time is subject to terms and condition of the service providers. The refund claim should be in writing and along with the booking details, otherwise such claim shall not be considered.<\/p>\n

    PASSING THE INFORMATION \/ UPDATION<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    The user hereby gives the consent to the Nepflights, to send the booking \/ confirmation status \/ itinerary details \/ e- ticket \/ offer details \/ promotional info, if any, to the user via sms, email.<\/p>\n

    INSURANCE CLAIMS<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    It is user\u2019s option to get insurance coverage from the service provider on payment \/ sometimes it may be a part of service. All the insurance claims shall be made only against the insurance company and the service provider. Nepflights shall not receive any claim request from the user.<\/p>\n

    RIGHT TO REFUSE \/ CANCEL<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    It is the duty of the user to furnish all the required details viz., name, age, sex, date of birth, residential details, passport details (if required), phone \/ mobile number, email address, credit \/ debit card detail, etc., to receive the service from the Nepflights and service providers. If the Nepflights finds or has reasons to believe that the information furnished by the user is not correct or misrepresented, the Nepflights has sole discretionary right to refuse \/ cancel such booking any time without notice. The Nepflights shall not be responsible or liable for any loss \/ consequential damage that may occurs due to refusal \/ cancellation of such booking.<\/p>\n

    If any breach on the part of user the Nepflights reserves its right to cancel the booking at any time and forfeit the amount without notice. During such cancellation, the user shall not eligible for refund.<\/p>\n

    INDEMNITY<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    The user hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nepflights from and against any and losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including all legal expenses and disbursement in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) to which the Nepflights may become subject that arising out of, in connection with, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non performance, warranty or obligation to be performed by the user with respect to this agreement and the terms and conditions of the service provider.<\/p>\n

    HEADINGS<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    The headings and subheading are used herein only for convenience and identification, and does not reflect or give any meaning, interpretation to the contents of this agreement or does not restrict, limit the scope of the right to use the website in full, any part and any linked site by the user.<\/p>\n

    SEVERABILITY<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    If any part or provision of the agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in law, such invalidity or enforceability shall attach only to the provision or part and the remaining part and all other provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.<\/p>\n

    TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Either party shall terminate this agreement at any time with immediate effect.<\/p>\n

    All email notices and communication shall be deemed to have been served 48 hours after it has been sent, if it has been addressed correctly.<\/p>\n

    GOVERNING LAW<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
